E-Tanco.net provides the members of the various
timeshare membership programs operated and/ or managed by Tanco Resorts Berhad
(“TRB”), namely the Duta Vista Vacation Ownership Program, the Vacation
WorldClub Program and the Vacation SuperClub Program, an online resort
availability information and reservation inquiry service. This Site provides an
internet platform to allow TRB Members to be informed on the availability of
various TRB resort accommodation units listed therein and to effect
reservations thereon.

2.1
|
Reservations on a request basis and final
confirmation thereof will be communicated to you as soon as possible. |
2.2
|
Confirmation of reservations will be effected via e-mail and a confirmation
letter issued by TRB, and your points will be deducted accordingly on the
confirmed reservation. |

Please
take note of the following cancellation policy: |
|
a)
|
In the event of your cancellation of the above confirmed reservation
with 31 days notice or more, prior to the check-in date: Full reinstatement of
the points allotted for the above reservation |
b)
|
In the event of your cancellation of the above confirmed reservation
with 21- 30 days notice, prior to the check-in date: Reinstatement of 75% of
the points allotted for the above reservation
|
c)
|
In the event of your cancellation of the above confirmed reservation
with 15- 20 days notice, prior to the check-in date: Reinstatement of 50% of
the points allotted for the above reservation. |
d)
|
In
the event of your cancellation of the above confirmed reservation with 14 days
notice or less, prior to the check-in date: TOTAL FORFEITURE of the points
allotted for the above reservation
|
e)
|
ALL notice(s) must be in writing and communicated to us vide post,
fax, and/or e-mail with proof of posting, faxing, issuance and receipt. |
|
2.4
|
A
refundable security/incidental deposit of RM 200.00 is required upon check-in.
Members / Guests shall be required to arrange for his/her/their own
transportation to the Resort at his/her/their own cost and shall bear all
incidental charges incurred and/or the cost of damaged items during their stay
to be settled upon
checking-out.
|
2.5
|
This
reservation is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed / exchanged for cash in
whole or in part.
|
2.6
|
If
you are checking out later than 12 noon, there will be a charge of 50% off the
current rack rate published
(of the respective Resorts)
|
2.7
|
The
number of persons occupying the above unit shall not exceed the maximum
occupancy allowed in the said unit. |
2.8
|
Children
are categorized as persons aged between 3 – 12 years old
|
2.9
|
Should
you be checking in after 4.00pm on the check-in date, please advise the Resort
concerned, failing which your reservation will be automatically cancelled and
the points allotted for the above reservation will be deducted from your annual
membership entitlement.
During your stay at the Resort, kindly ensure that the rules and regulations of
the resort are strictly adhered to, which are provided for the enjoyment of all
guests at the Resort.

2.10
|
The Company reserves the absolute right and
liberty to vary any of/all the terms prescribed herein
in such manner as it deems fit without any obligation to assign any reason
whatsoever
nor to provide to any party any prior notice nor to procure the prior consent
from any party.

TRB, and your Entitlements will be deducted accordingly on the confirmed
reservation.

2.3
|
You
are required to present the confirmation letter together with your membership
card upon checking-in at the
Resort concerned. |
2.4
|
A
refundable security/ incidental deposit will be collected upon your check-in.
The sum payable will vary from resort to resort. |
2.5
|
Check-in
time will be at 300pm and Check-out time will be at 1200pm.
|
2.6
|
A check-out later than 1200pm but before 600pm shall be charged 50% of the rack
rate. Check-outs after 6pm shall be charged the equivalent of One (1) night’s
stay at the Resort’s prevailing rack rate or RM350.00 per night whichever is
higher.
|
2.7
|
In
the event of a confirmed
reservation being amended/ cancelled:
|
|
a)
|
if effected 31 days or more before the check-in date, 100% of your
deducted Entitlement will be
refunded back into your membership account;
|
b)
|
if effected 21-30 days before the check-in date, 75% of your
deducted Entitlement will be refunded back into your membership account;
|
c)
|
if effected 15-20 days before the check-in date, 50% of your
deducted Entitlement will be refunded back into your membership account;
|
d)
|
if
effected 14 days and less before the check-in
date, 100% of your deducted Entitlement will be
FORFEITED. |

|
During
your stay at the Resort, kindly ensure that the rules and regulations of the
resort are strictly adhered to, which are provided for the enjoyment of all
guests at the Resort.
