Havenfield Hall is an English mansion set in the heart of the agricultural and farming community of Alkham Valley, in South-East of Kent, which is amongst some of the prettiest countryside. HOW TO GET THERE
:: By train: From Heathrow Airport, take the underground subway "tube" to Piccadilly Circus (Use Piccadilly Line - Navy Blue). From Piccadilly Circus, change over to Bakerloo Line (Blown) for Charing Cross Station. Exit from the subway station and proceed to Charing Cross British Rail Station, which is only a short distance away. Purchase tickets for Folkestone Central Station. The journey from Charing Cross to Folkstone is approximately 1.5 hrs. When you are at Charing Cross Station, do give your Havenfield host a ring (Tel: 01303891784) to arrange for transfer from Folkstone station to the resort, which is approximately 10 minutes away.

:: By car: From Heathrow Airport, head south on the M25 motorway towards London Gatwick Airport. At the link for motorway M20, follow the signs for Maidstone, Dover. Keep on the M20 and bypass the town of Maidstone. Keep going on the M20, following the signs for Folkstone, Dover.

Approaching Folkstone you will find several exits for the town. Ignore them and keep driving until you will go into a tunnel (it is the only one on the way). While passing through the tunnel, keep to your left and get the exit immediately after the tunnel. You will come to a roundabout. Take the left (9 o'clock) turn, cross the M20 below you and turn again to your left, where you will see the sign for Alkham Valley. Drive down this road for about 1.5 miles and before a flyover turn right and drive up the slope and you will find Havenfield Hall on your left-hand side.
